What a wonderful experience. Had a flat tire, rolled in and Dory took care of everything. Quoted me a great price on a new tire, but I couldn't buy right now. She fixed the flat and got me on my way. Very reasonable price and excellent, prompt service. Will order my new tire soon and will be back for the install.

Staff was kind and knowledgeable. They did a great job of helping me and my wife out on the same day. Saved us tons of money by explaining that we could just patch our tires instead of replacing them. Answered my questions kindly and thoroughly.

I had a screw in my tire that tire already had an old plug in it. After calling a different tire company, I was told I couldn't put another plug.patch and that I would need not one, but two tires since my vehicle is a 4x4. Trusting what I was told, I decided to get a second price and I called this Town Fair Tire location. The woman I spoke with was kind and professional and provided me with a price that was much more reasonable. I arrived for my appointment the following day and checked in with Rob. I explained my situation to Rob and asked if it made sense to get rid of two tires with a lot of life left on them. Rob took me out to the vehicle to check it out and explained the best resolution was to remove the existing plug and patch the two holes. It was refreshing to deal with someone that just told the truth and was not just trying to get my money. Although I saved a lot of money today, this experience with Rob is what will keep my business at this Town Fair Tire. Thank you again Rob, I appreciate the help.

Had an absolutely awesome experience today!. Went in North Providence location with flat tire and no appointment but Adam said no problem. Went back a few hours later and everything was perfect. Thank you Town Fair Tire, and Adam! I will continue to bring my business here and have friends and family that do also!
