Clean but run down and in need of an update. The bathrooms are small and inaccessible but there is an accessible family/gender neutral restroom. Plenty of parking and a picnic area outside. Multiple vending machines if you need a quick snack. Overall, a nice place.

Nice area. Not a lot of parking for big trucks. Small bathrooms but they are clean. Vending Machines are available. Picnic tables are outside. sign says no pets. There is a grass area behind parking area to walk pets tho.

The rest area was very clean and the restrooms themselves or immaculate had to stop there on my way to Scranton and everything was fine

Yes they are, correct no vending machines
There are 12 parking spots designated for Tractor Trailers in the truck parking lot located at the front of the building.
Technically, the rest area is the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation's responsibility. The Attendants are employed by Keystone Blind Association under a contract with PENNDOT, therefore not state employees.
Lol these people are to young, I'm older and remember the wooden out houses that you used back in the 70s
