Came up her on vacation and first night wasn't feeling well went there they were all so nice it was a great experience (considering I wasn't feeling well lol) I was in and out of there in a hour with the treatment and medication I needed.

I hate this place. My first ultrasound ever and they said multiple times I could have a visitor then my mom shows up and they nurses by the office tell her she can’t . So she goes home.

My sister just moved closer to me and our family. She made an appointment at memorial because she needed a new prescription for her suppressant that helps reduce flare-ups for her chronic illness. The staff at memorial are always either extremely sweet or extremely rude. Unfortunately the doctor that had seen her was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told her that she didn't warrant a doctor's visit for her prescription, and that she was wasting his time because he had others to attend to. It is not a patient's fault if the hospital is understaffed, and it shouldn't be taken out on them. Highly disappointed of their treatment towards my sister.
