Overall a great value and I love that they have real blackout curtains which really help with the midnight sun. Most places in this price point haven’t done this one important upgrade. Included breakfast and pool.

Positive: Location was not far from the beach and restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was included. Negative: Room smells moldy. Our king size bed had 4 tiny pillows, more like kids pillows. Poor insulation on walls we can hear next door's TV and people outside talking. Breakfast was okay but sausage was blah!

Over the top customer service! Special shout out to: Jennifer, Jason, Elaine, Jaiden & Mandy! Super friendly and helpful Always cleaning, helping customers, making more food - can’t say enough about the exceptional staff! 2 day stay with family and 2 rooms. Pool and hot tub very well maintained and super clean. Staff located 2 empty boxes for us as we did more shopping than anticipated…lol! Excellent continental breakfast - fresh and hot quality food throughout the entire time it was open. (Other places we have stayed, the last hour of breakfast was whatever was left. 😳) Great location close to restaurants, shopping and the river. We will definitely stay at the Quality Inn in Kenai again!

Love this hotel. Love the staff that work here! Mandi is amazing and so is Jennifer. Love how they are just so friendly and helpful and take care of any need. Very calm and relaxing environment.
