I would actually like to give them a zero. I did not get what I ordered and the manager on duty was the one who waited on me. It was a total disaster. Two of the three items I ordered were incorrect and he tried to give me the cold french fries when they just pulled a full basket out of the fryer. I did ask him to give me the hot fries.

Horrible. I asked for fries with no salt and received fries with extra salt. Couldn't eat them. Frosty was soupy and tasted funny I. e the new strawberry. Stay away.

My card number was skimmed or stolen in the drive through. Another charge showed up for twice as much over a month later at the same Wendy's.

Alas, what happened to the Wendy's of yore? Employees were efficient and pleasant; facility was spotless, but the food.... eeek! Two dried out burger patties and the new flavorless fries. Suggest the franchise owner check how long unsold food is being held before being thrown away. Also, suggest Wendy's bring back their previous French fry product.
