Ramblewood Cabins & Campground

Recently stayed in Cabin #1 at Ramblewood, and was very satisfied with the experience. The cabin we stayed in had a full kitchen, Satellite Tv , living room, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms (1 full size bed, & 2 twin beds). The furniture in the cabin was all comfortable, and we loved relaxing on the porch in the Adirondack chairs at night listening to the Loons calling. The only negative thing I have to say which could be a deal breaker for some people is that you get road noise from what little bit of traffic passes over Route 3 this far north , but for us everything else about the stay made up for that minor annoyance.

We are from Florida and travel a lot!! We came across Ramblewood and we have to say this is one of the best, friendliest, well taken care of campground…Paul is so nice and Becky went above and beyond to assist us…you guys are the best….it made us feel like “when your here, your like family”….we will def be back!!! Site #9 has the best view!!! Thanks Ramblewood for a wonderful stay!!

I have known Paul, the owner, for over 25 years, You will be hard pressed to find a better host/ person. The cabins are nice, clean and the staff is always helpful Location is in the heart of it all You will enjoy it!

The staff do a good job running this place and keeping an eye on the details. Camping in a tent on the hill was quiet and pleasant. Firewood bundle was a good size and good value. Facilities were clean. Location is very good, especially being so near the lake and Moose alley.
