Out of about 6 haircuts, I've only had 2 decent ones. I said short but not too short, definitely not like see through short. She said of course not that wouldn't be good. Had 3 pictures as examples. And of course the sides are like a man's very short cut. Totally see through a little more than half way up the sides. Ridiculous. The back is one inch long. The top is a bit longer. Like an old fashioned man's haircut. I definitely won't go back. The lady behind me looked as bad or worse. And her grow out looked nothing like that. I do NOT recommend them for shorter cut styles. Tired of them being so bad.

Told me to come in then once i showed up told me they cant cut my hair today when i was on the phone with them 10 minutes prior. Would put 0 stars if i could. First time i came in went for a line up and the lady cut it more crooked then the leaning tower of pisa, very unsatisfied and will never come back

I have been a loyal customer for years and out of respect to my history there I give them an extra star. Recent changes have resulted in some of the worst customer service I have received anywhere. Accusing someone they met only once before that they have a bad attitude is not professional. Forcing people to use product (hand sanitizer) without prior warning or explanation and getting upset when I decline is not professional. In all the years I have visited I have never needed to use my hands for anything other then my payment. In the recent months the atmosphere has changed to an unwelcoming assembly line of disinterest. Prior to my last few visits I would rate this locations with a 4-5 star rating. Possible causes for concern: Store policy, workload due to covid, current employee's. It would be nice if the people there could appreciate how long I have been giving them my business. Unfortunately the staff here changes so frequently its no longer recognized or valued. In regards to the quality of service (specifically hair cuts), it is above average, though can vary between stylists. The value is average.
