How do you only have a delivery distance of 2.5 miles. No wonder Pizza Hut is slowly going out of business. How do you even get customers with that kind of distance. I’m 4.5 mins from you and you cant deliver.

Made my order around 6:38pm say it will be delivered at 8:00 no pizza 9:00pm still no pizza called they say DoorDash canceled the order really so your tracking says it’s out for delivery and DoorDash canceled the order so that means who ever was the DoorDash driver riding around with the pizza now that just sound crazy but okay while talking to them the man say there going to remake my order ok get a notification saying doordash is going to deliver my order so why did it not say that when I ordered the first time this place is sad don’t order from here again

I only give 3 stars instead of 5 because when we walked in the door, the waitress on the floor with the green hair, Shelly, said, "I'm the only waitress on the floor, I have 3 tables already, and a table of 12 coming, I'm sorry for the inconvenience!" In other words we needed to leave because she couldn't wait on us. We kindly smile and say, "that's ok", she looked at us like she was disgusted. We sat down and another waitress appeared Michelle, who had just got here and was glad to wait on us. The other tables the waitress with green hair, Shelly, was "already waiting on" was being taken care of by a lady from the back. The next couple that came in the door sat themselves because the waitress with green hair walked right by them and turned her head so they wouldn't ask her anything. She didn't say hey or anything, just quickly passed them by as if she didn't have time. We were here 45 minutes and the party of 12 is still not all here. The green haired waitress has sat one other table and another couple walked out because they too were told the same as us. I'm posting pics to show how slow it really is. If not for Michelle, we wouldn't have had such a great experience!! She's the reason I gave 3 stars instead of none!

I always order my food at this location. Don't know what happened this time but this is what I received. The lady at front counter was very apologetic and wanted to remake order but because I was at work didn't have time to wait. I was refunded my money.
