The new staff is ghetto. And they are always saying they are out of something ALWAYS. Today I went and asked if I could get the 2 can dine all dark meat—and no white meat to be specific. She didn’t say it only comes mixed/can’t do that. She just proceeded with my order as if I could get all dark meat. My order had a breast and wing and I don’t eat white meat. I didn’t get any spoon and that’s happened 2x. I had also asked her for a large drink and she told me They only had small cups, yet when I got my meal she gave me a large cup. They were so loud and noisy. you could hear them on the intercom 2 cars behind it. Last and least she tried to keep my credit card. I had to get her attention after she closed the window to get it back. Y’all need new employees or train the ones you got how to act in a work place. And who ever is doing inventory needs to be replaced because there is no reason to never have any sauces or cups occasionally.

Their chicken is never fresh when I go and the chicken wings are small dried out with feathers. Red beans and rice was not good at all and the biscuits were cold, dry and hard. I love Popeyes but was very dissatisfied today.

Pretty much every fast food restaurant in Griffin is overworked and understaffed but Popeyes has always been that way. It is exponentially worse now. After almost 30 minutes and the drive-thru it would be easier to ask them what they do have than what they do not. I haven't been in months since my last disappointing visit. It will likely be several more or different location before I return.

GHETTO!!! I simply asked for something at the window and the person at the window yelled out “RATCHET!” while I was pulling off! Lol what? I’ll never be back.
