I love this place and I hate giving it a bad review, but I’ve been to this location twice and both times customer service was a 0/10, me and my friends were the only people in the lobby and there were two cars in the drive through, we sat there awkwardly for about 5 minutes without a greeting, when the girl at the register finally acknowledged us lined up to get our orders taken, she was really annoyed, when we got our drinks the guy spilled one of our ice waters all over the place on the way over, and there was no dressing for our salad. The food is absolutely amazing but the customer service seriously needs work, coming from a fellow fast food employee, both times I’ve been here i was irritated with the way the workers acted.

My new favorite smoothie place!!! Absolutely delicious smoothies that make me feel healthy while cheating. Every other smoothie place has EITHER spinach OR kale, and this one has BOTH in a convenient power add-on! Roomy, open dine-in area with a peaceful great atmosphere! Competitively priced, this is a definite must!🙂👍

Service is horrible! We went inside at 5:00pm on 2-24-22 to have sandwiches and smoothies. There were three employees doing orders for the drive-up, but we were the only ones inside. When they did not greet us or acknowledge our presence after standing there for 5-6 minutes, I asked one of them if we needed to get in our car and do the drive-up to get any service. The boy stated that he would be with us soon, but no apology or greeting. After 3 more minutes we walked out, throwing our coupon in the garbage as we left. It would seem to me that it would be better for the owners to improve service/employees, than to advertise and have people come in and have bad experiences like we did.

My daughter had dental surgery so we came here for a smoothie because it’s all she could have—took a long time. Friendly service. I didn’t know they offered food till I pulled up in the drive thru and saw the menu. Maybe there should be signs or something because I thought this was ONLY a smoothie place.
