I took my Toyota in last winter because I noticed my car wouldn’t start, would not accelerate properly, heating and cooling needle would move back and forth, and heater and cooler wouldn’t work… so I took it into Big G to have them inspect the issue and I come back prepared to pay and they tell me that the engine completely died and everything else was toast and needed replacing. He couldn’t fix just one small thing for my car to work again so he said the only thing I could do was buy a new engine or sell the car. I chose to sell the car. (Considering I didn’t have the money) Big G offered to tow it home for me and he was very friendly and honest with me about my car. I’m so grateful Big G was able to diagnose everything wrong with it. Since then I didn’t know how to inspect issues at all, but since the problems with my Toyota I’ve woken up to be more aware of possible issues with my future cars now. I now have a 2004 Hyundai Sonata that I’m going to be taking into him for repairs for the long run! Big G is always so supportive, honest, and friendly :) highly recommend!

This mechanic shop fixed my boyfriend's SUV so we can take it to Moab. It had an oil leak that no other shop could figure out how to stop and they replaced the AC compressor for a fair price. Good service and excellent staff. Thank you everyone at Big G!

Big G B's his wife and the two most honest and kind people. On my most recent visit, I was out of town and the drive my car home for me! What?!? Pricing is transparent and fair, work is excellent and customer service is that small town greatness you would expect. Best mechanic

This was a couple of years ago, so maybe they are better now, but they towed me after a crash, charged me way too much, told me the wrong hours for their store, so they closed before I could get my car, charged me for leaving it there till they opened on monday, and then they told me it was totaled and unfixable so I sold it to them for parts only for me to get a call a few weeks later from some people who bought it from them asking how good it ran because they were fixing it up. They lied and cheated all the way around and i would do anything to try to help anyone from getting similarly cheated like that. Avoid them if you can unless you know they have changed.
