Super smelly, yellow room. Very stained chairs. Blood stains on comforters. Bugs in room. Toilet clogged. Had to bail at 1 am with my niece because it was so bad. No refund either. Pool was nice.

Wow I have never had someone be so rude and unwilling to help as the lady working the counter here. We accidently booked a room with a single King bed (through a third-party booking company) and wanted to switch it for a room with two queen beds. The lady at the front desk would not help even though there were plenty of additional rooms and no cost difference between the two rooms. She said we would have to cancel our booking through the third-party company and then rebook it. While trying to get things worked out (on the phone with the booking company for a very long time) the booking company stated that the problem had been resolved. So I called the hotel to see if the change was reflected yet in their system. Unfortunately it was not. So I called back the booking company and spent a lot more time trying to get the problem resolved. Then upon getting word that the problem was resolved again. I called the hotel to verify. Again same problem (not changed in the hotel system). At this point the lady at the front desk became rude and said we were harassing her and threated to kick us out if we called her again. Sadly we were unable to get the situation resolved due to fear of loosing our place to stay. We will NOT be returning here. We will take our money elsewhere, where employees don't get mad when they have to do their job and provide customer service. I don't know how a business could ever stay in business with such hostile and rude staff. Hope this review brings attention to this unfortunate situation so that other travelers aren't subjected to such a lousy experience.

Clean, comfortable, nice diner on property. The building is old, but the rooms are well maintained. The indoor pool is really nice. My son & I booked a different motel in Price, UT thru Travelocity. It was a Horror. I called The Greenwell Inn at 2am, because there was no way we were staying at the other motel. They found us a nice, quiet, clean room to lay our heads. Thank you to the kind staff for taking care of us.

Overall is a great place to stay. Clean and friendly staff. My kids had fun and enjoyed the pool. one thing I didn't like was there's no breakfast at the facility as we stay with kids . Although you got 15% discount at their little restaurant next door. Also the bathroom is way too small. Will definitely be staying here again though if we are in town.
