If I could give no stars, I would. Really rude receptionist(s). Google lists the Ellsworth location as having office hours on Friday, so when I requested a Friday appointment I was informed "We don't do that, our other locations are open on Friday, but we are not." I suggest they update their information with Google if that were the case, and again I was told "we don't do that. " As she hung up the phone she huffs and exasperatedly exclaimed "Oh my GOD! You won't believe..." and the phone had been placed back on the receiver. Very rude.

The doctor and dental hygienist were both friendly and terrific. They both did a great job with my exam, cleaning and filling. They answered my questions clearly and patiently. However, I am used to getting my cleanings, dental exams and xrays done together in one appointment. Aspen does cleanings and exams in separate appointments from cleanings which is inconvenient. It was my first time at this particular clinic, so maybe that's why. I just hope it's not like this every 6 months. Shortly before this visit, they kept having to move my appointment back because of personnel changes. The staff were friendly about it, but the truth is, I had to wait a long time to get in.

First visit there was very informative, the area was very clean. Everyone was super friendly and everyone seemed like they had a very good knowledge on what they were doing and what they were going to do. Would definitely recommend people to go there and will definitely be going back!

I thought the staff was very pleasant, but could not completey understand the dentist and technician as they spoke with an accent. But my main issue was the sign that said 'no insurance, your service is free. I wasn't a new patient as yet, since they kept rescheduling me for my first exam. I lost a filling and that was also rescheduled. They took 2 exrays of my tooth and said it needed to be pulled, which I didn't feel comfortable with. I was charged 98.00!
