Truly not sure how to rate them. I had a radio installed. At first the backup camera didn't work. Then my sliding doors didn't work. 5 days later after they took it to the dealership, they got it all working. Normally I would rate them lower, but Lonnie was pleasant and took responsibility for it and didn't charge me any addition fees bc of it all. I couldnt ask for more than that in correcting his mistakes. I'm sure he learned from it and won't make the same ones again, and I appreciate honesty and accountability.

Before doing business with audio Itch you mite want to read this… Just got off the phone with Lonnie supposedly he is the owner not very professional at all So my story I take my boat there had an installation of JL audio amp and speakers and a Garman $3800+ in purchases and installation did a fine job ,five years later I went back to them because my amp wasn’t working they checked my amp out told me that it has a blown channel which in fact it was not it was the speaker wires they had run there was a pinch in the wire so they charge me $80 to check it out I had to spend another $300 to re-run speaker wires That I found out were ran wrongand install a new amp I have a JL audio amp that still works I ended up spending another $375 on a stinger amp… Lonnie got upset didn’t want to hear it and slam the phone down on me hung up on me ??? So much for my lifetime warranty on installation ??? I would not do business here at audio itch to save my life bye-bye audio Itch

We bought a $1200 Kenwood double-din headunit installation for our '90 Corvette and wound up returning five times for issues relating to being crooked in the dash or the dash bezel jutting out afterwards. I asked up front if interfacing with the Bose speakers was an issue, they said "no". It never sounded good however, as I later realized the speakers have their own EQ curves which they should've known. When the backup camera became intermittent a month later I took off the license plate and saw the non-effort they'd put into the wiring: the wires were twisted together with tape on them. I asked the manager about this unacceptable work and he said "you gotta pay more if you want wires soldered together". Sadly, I could've installed the unit myself but I thought they'd do a better job and faster. No, on both accounts. Avoid.
