Nearly doubled prices in past year with no warning threw cans in yard. Customer service was very rude.

For 10 years I have been buying new garbage cans because they continually throw them on the side of the road instead of putting them back up on the bank where they got them. Today I came out and there is garbage everywhere. They left a whole bag lay and threw the broken can in our yard. Im sick of this and definitely filing YET ANOTHER complaint. We don't get a choice who our company is as they're contracted through the borough.

They skip my house so regularly I have had 2+ months of trash on my porch 5 times over the past year an they say I'm lying when I tell them this, I have cameras lol, videos and pictures on security cameras of their workers breaking my trash cans, tossing them around, bouncing them off vehicles etc. Ripping trash bags open in front of my vehicle, leaving my cans in the middle of the road, I had one of a worker spitting on my windshield an flipping my camera off but he had a mask on. I have an alarm set for when trash goes out tonight, if I hear my cans getting slammed around il already have my boots on. They more than likely won't show, they already picked up trash this year.

This company has been terrible from the beginning. Always changing the bill price and then saying we have an outrageous bill then after taking to them forever every bill cycle, they say the same thing. “Oh, there was a problem when the transfer of accounts happened when we switched names”.. bill gets fixed we pay it.. then this week the driver took out our cable for the internet and when we contacted them about it, they refuse to take responsibility and said that it’s the cable companies fault. The driver took the cable out.. so clearly it’s the garbage companies fault. I’m switching companies. I’ve had enough.. save yourself the headache and use a different company.
