Amanda was great!!.. her food recommendations were exactly what we wanted. She kept us totally well served! Great food too! It seemed every customer felt like family and was just a fun meal all made better with Amanda's friendly attitude!

I wish they had negative stars, I had the Black Angus Rib Eye and I upsized it to 1lb.,cooked uneven from medium which I ordered to rare on the other end, a lot of gristle, and came with chef potatoes which was half raw large chunks and veggie of the day that looked like (leftovers from the past few days) and Montreal steak seasoning over the steak and everything else. When I called to voice my opinion and asked where the "CHEF" was trained I was promptly hung up on, I am still wondering???????????? 07/21/2022 still waiting for the name and location of the culinary school also dates attended ??? 07/23/2022 dropping the "F" bomb many times during our phone conversation is not helping at all, I asked for the steak to cut at 1 pound, you told your wait staff no problem but it is going to cost more, as I expected. YOU STILL HAVE NOT ADDRESSED MY ORIGINAL REVIEW!!! Please reply to my comments on July 21-2022???

The pickles were good. Our experience wasn’t great. We were served potato chips and stale tortilla chips with the orange crab dip (we’re Mainahs), the meals came out wrong, everything was JUST meh. Waitress was lovely but it was clear the place was very disorganized and not prepared. We were all afraid to eat any seafood after hearing about how dead it has been which was clear by the lack of customers and staff. Even the seltzer was flat. In response to the owner, it had nothing to do with lack of help, it definitely had a lot to do with lack of ambition. We were the only ones there and your server, who was lovely and I hate to call her out, was the one that told us how dead it had been. I believe she mentioned 4 tables and the other servers not bothering to come in most of the time because of lack of business. As a person in the business, it was a clear lack of leadership and care that was the biggest issue. Stale tortilla chips and potato chips with crab dip? Is that because you can’t find enough help? Seems like the ones there did the best they could with what they had provided to them.

The only place in this area to get good food. This part of Maine really is a food desert. Fortunately, I found Nook & Cranny, and got some yummy fish tacos. Very well prepared. Grateful I found them.
