What's the point of putting in 2 drive thru lanes when they couldn't handle 1?! U can no longer go here for the convenience because the wait times are so long. If u think doing a mobile order pickup is any faster, think again. Go somewhere else, pack a lunch or go hungry.

Cheeseburger sloppily thrown together (meat halfway off bun). Bun tasted stale/old. Was there at 5:30pm and was in drive thru for 15 minutes....very busy so I would have thought the burger would have tasted fresher.

Stood in the store waiting for a delivery for 20 minutes, no one acknowledged me. Others were waiting as well, for coffee.... When I asked if the order was close to being ready the answer I was given was 'I don't know'. I asked if the young gentleman could check and he huffed as he went to ask the manager. The manager asked 3 times for the big Mac that went with my order, complained about the three people working in the preparation area, but not once went back to see what the issue was or even ask them. At least three people in drive thru giggling and laughing while there were people up front waiting for assistance. This happens no matter what time of day I've been in. Truly wish someone would MANAGE these shifts.
