This company is horrible to deal with if you miss your delivery you have to go up and pick it up which isn't that big of a deal but their hours are ridiculous and they charge you extra money to have you pick it up

The UPS delivery personnel consistently drive past my house and lie about situations, not even attempting to deliver the package. They claim my house is vacant sometimes, other times it's due to weather. I just paid $35 to have an item shipped to me and the UPS driver didn't even make an attempt to leave it at my door. I watched the driver drive past my house at 35 miles an hour, never making the slightest attempt to stop or to deliver the package. I called the UPS telephone line but couldn't get through to a representative. I found a link to receive a call back. That worked okay until the UPS representative hung up on me while I was complaining. I've had probably a dozen packages in the last two or three years that I've had problems with. Sometimes packages were left on a neighbor's porch, and UPS claimed it was left at my address. I've had a hard time retrieving some of those packages from neighbors. I expect much better from UPS. I'm tired of hearing excuses for the incompetence and lack of dedication to service.

I paid for overnight delivery. Received a notification it was out for delivery and on its way a 9am. The carrier location it was at is 15 minutes from where it was being delivered. At noon I received a notification the delivery was delayed due to severe weather, which there wasn't any all day just light rain. .. so ? ?? .... I then called ups to see what happened and they told me the carrier could hold the package and I could go pick it up myself today. That they would call me in an hour and notify me of a time I can go pick it up. Well an hour later the carrier did call me but only to tell me that my package was in a truck somewhere and they couldn't look to find it... . So basically they wanted to go home instead of following through and letting us pick up our package. Now it's supposed to be delivered tomorrow and I was informed the tracking was updated to delivery and not hold. However the tracking still shows hold for pick up.... So glad I paid for overnight delivery just to basically be told yeah idk where package is and I'm not looking for it. Awesome job ups 👍
