Cook Forest Scenic Trailride, Dude Ranch, and Campground

I had not rode a horse in almost 10 years and couldn't wait to finally spend some time with my favorite animals! My fiancé and I booked a 3 hour scenic trail ride...to say the least...it was awesome!! Our tour guide was Tom, he knew the area very well - took us up mountains, through rivers and forests. We also got to lope / canter a few times..which was SO FUN!! Everyone who works here is so nice, the horses are beautiful and very friendly. I would highly recommend coming here for a scenic trail ride!

The campground itself was nice. Stalls, full hook-ups. We went for Cowboy week so Mon-Fri there was 3 meals aday, which was really nice. Trails on the other hand were not that great at all !!! Won't go back to Western PA because of them, we've been out that way 2x..

Very nice trail rides, you have the option of several times you can ride! This is our fourth year in a row and we really enjoy it!

Did the 6 hour river ride Tom was the guide. It’s was absolutely amazing. Tom was outstanding. Ray is the nicest owner. We had 6 of us and you couldn’t ask for a nice place to ride horses.
