I support a man with disabilities who uses his bicycle to get to and from work. I discovered Norm's and began bringing his main bike and a back-up bike there for repair. I am so pleased with the fast service and incredibly affordable prices, especially a blessing for a senior on a fixed income. Customer service is professional and person-centered. The owner has plenty of tech help. I had to wait 4 weeks to get my push mower tuned-up and returned this year, but my client always gets his bike back soon. I recommend this business for all cyclist enthusiasts.

Norm's Ski & Bike Shop "professionally" packaged two vintage road frames and a set of wheels for shipment. They used a few pieces of foam, then tossed everything together in the same box. No cardboard to isolate the frames and wheels from each other. No zip-ties to bind everything together in a single, non-chafing unit. Most damagingly, no end caps for the axles, which dug into the paint of a 50-year-old, top-of-the-line Peugeot frame (see before/after photos). Not much thought. Not much concern. Just indifference.

Very amazing place to buy a bike. The staff was so in tune to their own variety of bicycles, what size people need, and the things you need to ride safely, great sales girl helped me, and their awesome mechanic added accessories like side mirrors, a rack, etc so I could right that day, and be safe. Also first time I ever bought a bike helmet for safety, because of the staff.
