Called them from NC to make a surprise last minute arrangement, and have it delivered for my Best Friends birthday! They had it delivered within 2 hours and it was absolutely gorgeous! I purchased it blindly, and I seriously couldn't be happier! The woman on the phone was so helpful, as I am states away from PA, but she made it so easy and she was so kind. Thank you! Highly recommend them! My BFF cried happy tears!

I recently called to order flowers for my brothers funeral service. First, the woman who answered was completely unsympathetic and quick to rush me off the phone. I asked for early delivery and she was sure to remind me, quite rudely and inconsiderably, that if she gets any other orders for that day she will be delivering them all at their scheduled time, which includes mine. I ordered a Angel rose arrangement. I wanted the extra large which was supposed to be 17 inches wide, costing over $100. The flowers were beautiful but they were far less then 17in and there was surely more green then flowers (not what was shown on photo on site) and the vase was plastic. It ended up being CRACKED and leaked water all over by the end of the day. I am extremely disappointed in Butler Florist.
