I gave it a four because almost everything was spot on, cust. serv, price, temperature, timing. But, we always get the alfredo pasta with chicken and the co. has re-done it with different noodles and no longer offer it in family portions which was more economical.

The employees need to be a little more welcoming. Not very sociable. Pizza was very good. But customer service is very important.

Pizza was luke warm and had burnt areas. There was an over all burnt taste to the pizza. (Like some thing burned in the oven and the smell was left in there) It also took to long to come. We love pizza hut but the last couple time we have been some what disappointed. I understand how hard it is to get people to work and I do like to support our local stores but when you pay $30.00 for an order you do expect to to be good.

I ordered double pepperoni and did not receive it. I have been a pizza general manager and do understand running food costs but you can’t skimp on toppings when ordered.
