I went in for a pedicure. Jenny was the pedicurist. I inquired if the water could be made warmer. Didn't know I crossed a line. Jenny with annoyance, called the owner Michael over and told him what I wanted. He then made the water warmer. A little too warm, but I was NOT going to say anything. Jenny then vigorously filed away at the callous on my heels. I figured she knew what she was doing, even when it felt tender in the middle of each heel on each foot. Didn't want to complain again - felt somewhat intimidated. Tracked blood on the floor of my kitchen within the 1st week after the pedicure. Heels were sore and cracked. Called Michael and told him the problem. He just told me that the next time I come in to get a different pedicurist. For 3 weeks I was in SERIOUS pain. Decided to go in and show him my heels, so he could see for himself. Said he didn't believe it was done at his salon. Omgosh! I should lie about this??? Then I reported him to the BBB because I wanted my money back. He never responded to them. I'm really not sure why he would think I was not telling the truth. Really? For $20? He is just not a good business owner. I have nothing to gain by making this story up. The amount of pain I suffered for 3 weeks is worth way more than $20 - this shouldn't have happened at all!!! So be careful!!!
