I volunteered for a couple years in a Pittsburgh Thrift Store and have visited many others. This is the CLEANEST, most ORGANIZED, friendliest Thrift Shop I have ever seen! Everything including the small employee lounge to the back storage rooms. WONDERFUL!

Love this store! My daughters and I stop by once a week. They have awesome sales and the volunteers are all really nice and helpful! Great asset to the community.

I shop here very often with my son and donate items, but lately lot of the staff members have been rude (ie snide and underhanded comments). I understand they are there on a voluntary basis. However if they are unhappy, perhaps they should find another place to volunteer at if they are going to take their frustrations out on customers and make them feel unwelcome.

I've been shopping here on and off for about 7 years. A few years back they hired a new manager Dan. Immediately you could see changes being done. The workers were very nice especially Wanda, always smiling. The store began to look beautiful. They began to showcase items and rotate holiday decorations. I always feel welcome and now I shop weekly. Dan is always very busy but always takes the time to say hello Prices are good, merchandise is execellent. Weekly specials. It is definitely the best second hand thrift store in Western PA........
