I've never seen an unkind post office more than here. There is no exception every time.

Please hire new agents. There are so many who would love to find a job at the USPS. I came on time I had to correct a form for my passport application when I got back with the corrected form I was told that I am not on time. I was rejected to take the photo when I changed my mind about it initially as I rethought about the time it will retake me to just go back to cvs and get the photo retaken because the size was a little off. She told me I cannot take it now I will have to reschedule another appointment and she took another customer. When I asked politely about whether I will need to refill another form for my next appointment she didn't respond to my question. I know that she is supposed to just work with the customer but it is a simple question and only requires a yes or no! Very rigid customer service. I hope that USPS takes serious action to retrain them on customer service.

Had a really great experience at this post office recently. Beckie, the sales associate, was incredible. She helped me immensely with the passport renewal process and even noticed that I wrote the zip code incorrectly. So she saved me! Will continue to support this post office. LOVE the self service kiosk which is open 24 hours. I use that always for shipping small packages and buying stamps.

Becky was so helpful when I came in to complete the passport process. She was patient even though I didn’t haven’t everything ready and also took a great picture. 😊 We always time our visits to avoid peak hours...I can’t imagine handling all the volume they do and doing the additional services. I have also seen the workers here advising customers on the most affordable ways to ship packages and I appreciate that!
