They are honest, prompt, and trustworthy. Did I mention they stand by their product and service if there is ever any issue? It is hard to find companies that care for the customers and the owner will come to you if there is ever an issue. I will continue to use Fortin in the future for all of my pool water needs. Excellent service..patient with us as our pool liner company kept rescheduling, stayed on top of it, stayed late in the day to deliver 4 trucks of water on site at the right time when it was finally installed. Water was perfect, treated, sparkling. Worked primarily with Phil, who was way more patient with me than I would have been! Price was competitive, qality of service would have been worth paying a little more, no need to shop around. Will definitely use again, and have recommended to others in my area as well.

When another company missed their delivery because of an issue with their truck I thought my sons pool birthday party was going to be a bust. Well, I called Fortin's and they came through. Cindy was able to get someone out to the house the same day, even though they were booked until the 19th !
