We just moved to the area. Needed an item and ended up sitting in insane traffic to get there a few miles away. While walking up to the door I was informed they were closed for a power outage which was the reason for the horrible traffic. They had me use my phone to order and pay for the item and then brought it right out. Friendly and great customer service.

Ordered a tool and battery online to pick up in store. They were one of the few showing they had it in stock. Turns out they didn’t have the battery which was fine. I drove 40min across town only to find a paper sign on their door saying their hours changed and they closed early. Edit: on google it says 8pm but the on their website it does say 7. So that’s my fault for not checking.
