A bit off the highesy and beaten path but well marked and easy to find. 1 rink with adequate parking though the lot is a bit torn up. Small pro shop with skate sharpening inside (the gentleman working it was very helpful). Heated front entrance way with a couple of benches for sitting. Stadium seating and very cold rink. No water bubbler for drinking or to fill water bottles, there are vending machines instead. Small rest room that didn't have hot water or a working hand dryer (no hand towel option). No food so plain accordingly, several places close but though. Great location if you want to get any errands done, lots of big name stores close by.

I only give this place 2 stars because there are worse rinks. The ice was in terrible shape. The facility is dated, with tiny locker rooms. I can't believe the Bruins used to practice there. Don't go out of your way to visit it.

If there's enough interest that usually is call The Arena to find out if not hockey town on Route 1 in Saugus has stuff like that
They have kids skating program untill June and then starts in September.
They just started public skating recently. I believe it's on Sunday.
Rarely, usually at the end of the class season. It is usually posted on their website, as 'Family Fun' activity.
You have to call the rink. Usually during the hockey season we don't really have a set time.
