Extremely disappointed. My family and I came here to get trims and to have my hair shaped. I asked for Michelle to shape the back and sides of my head, and she insisted that she understood. After she botched the back, I asked her almost 5 times to please do the sides. Every time I asked, she would not respond and would continue messing with the back. When she finally "finished" the back, she tried to say I was done. Once more, I asked for her to please touch up my sides after she promised they would be done. She responded with "No, I'm not doing them. They will just look like that." I walked outside crying to my family as they told me it looked terrible. I was told I looked like I had a reversed mullet. An aborted pinecone. I literally had to fix it at home after paying for it. Thank you so much, Michelle, the stylist.
