Worst customer service experience in years. Went into DSW Store with cousin to simply purchase shoes for a evening outing.My cousin had a in store generic code In which she experienced difficulties looking up from her email but a African American female cashier with a height of 5’5 and the name of mana on her badge refused to help. It was 6min debate from 6:45pm- 7:01pm just trying to reason with her to get a manager or an associate who could help and she REFUSED said And I quote “we don’t have any mangers on right now to help..” I was confused because in my 40years of living on this earth dealing with a business profession someone from management is always on site. I asked her to elaborate and said “do you mean there’s no manager on site..?” She said I can get the manager but no one can help you. She looked up my cousins information based off her phone number and after verifying still refused to help with promotion code gave several excuses. It was 7:10 by the time the manager could help resolve issue and activate my cousins code and Mana was still being rude I will NEVER shop here..! This is a cashier job it’s not rocket science! It should be easy you don’t look for confrontation with customers. After working my 9-5 I didn’t expect to be disrespected or receive services with such disregard if your looking for confrontations after work go to this store and shop but don’t come here if you want a quick pleasant experience with decent customer service..!! Good day

There's nothing I didn't like about this place and even though my visit was a bit brief I just loved it. It was clean, organized, and the employees were very kind. Plus, I like how there's a price point for everyone so whether you want to spend 60 dollars on a pair of shoes or 160 dollars, there's something for you. I only noticed that because I came here with a budget and it was totally worth it.

DO NOT DO IN STORE PICKUP AT THIS LOCATION! While this store has a great selection and I always get the right coupons and points when I really need them, they get 4 stars because their pick up in store option at this location is a joke. Twice I ordered online to pick up in store at this location as I am not too far from it and can walk there. I placed orders between 6am and 730am. When I head over there around 5pm I get to the register only to find out my in store pickup was not ready yet. Both times they told me that It takes 2-4hrs before it is ready, and both times I told them I placed my in store pickup early this morning well before you even opened. This is a huge problem because if someone else walks in off the street and buys the shoes you placed an order after you already placed your order, then you don't get the shoes you paid for, you have to either have them call another location or have them ship them to their store or to you and you have to wait. I stopped doing in store pickup for that reason. Both times I did it I had to go get the shoes off the shelf myself (thankfully they still had my size) and they cancelled the online order and let me check out the in store order. One of the times I brought the shoes to them before I checked with them and they said I could not use that for my online in store pickup that they had to pull them out themselves and mark it as ready to be picked up. The only good thing about in store pickup is you don't get charged unless you actually pick up the shoes if they take them off the shelf for you.
