The time for delivery is upwards of 2hrs on multiple occasions and has been undercooked. Total waste of money and time I highly advise you find any other alternative for a meal.

Pizza took two hours to get a delivery couple blocks away. Sat in the "quality check" state for over an hour. Why would I want food that's been under a lamp for an hour? If you don't have the delivery drivers then don't take orders, or at the very least do not prep orders until the driver is ready to grab them. Or use dashers like all the other chains do now. In addition our cheesy bread wasn't even the one we ordered (no bacon/jalapenos) and it was undercooked with unmelted cheese and raw dough inside. What exactly were you doing during that hour long quality check? Not checking the quality apparently. I get it's downtown Chicago and you're probably swamped but it's also people's hard earned money you're taking, you need to provide consistent experiences.

Warning.. Yucky yucky yucky! NASTY TASTE..will make u sick!! Do not order here, isten to the reviews..pls don't be like me!!! They delivered a cold nasty pizza WITHOUT cheese OR toppings! TOTAL Joke just driedred sauce! To make matters worse the Indian driver took my money & tipped himself $18 Robbery!!!! He Lied & said he had NO change.. He took my $60 cash for an order that cost $42! all I can say is "NEVER AGAIN"! Shame on them we didn't get to have dinner that night..UPDATE After complaints were sent ..managenent gave me a refund.

I placed an order at this location this evening. About 10 minutes later I called back to request an additional item and the staff was very accommodating, as well as friendly and attentive on the phone. The order was ready for pick-up when stated and the person who assisted me with the order pick-up, Regina, was wonderful. The rest of the staff was also smiling and welcoming, though I didn't have an opportunity to get their names. The order was also fresh and correct.
