Great service! Always are able to fit me in whenever I have any tire or battery issues. Jessica is super nice and is always going out of her way to help no matter how busy she is. Which is usually pretty busy!

I got a flat tire on northbound I-75 about 2 miles from the exit where this tire store is located. After Florida's Road Ranger changed my tire, I drove to Mavis Tire to see if they could salvage the bad one. Unfortunately for me, the tire was showing signs of splitting and needed to be replaced instead of repaired. While I was not financially ready to purchase 4 new large tires for my SUV, I understood the need and authorized them to order new ones. (I was also traveling through the area on my way out of state so I couldn't shop around). Jessica and the crew readily assisted me and ordered 4 new tires that same day (it was late afternoon). Me and my two 100lb. dogs went next door to a hotel for the night and waited for the new tires to come in. I was praying they would arrive early the next morning so I could continue my 1,200 mile journey. I did have an opportunity to price check the tires that we just ordered and found them to be competitive with the box box wholesale clubs. Sure enough, the tires arrived at Mavis about 10am the next morning and by 12:45p me and my my dogs were back on the road. I have never heard of Mavis Tire before that day. I understand they are opening new franchises yearly. With the amazing customer service I received from Jessica, the manager, and the guys in back, I think the business has a great chance of flourishing and really making it in the business world. I highly recommend Mavis Tires at 17325 Dona Michelle Drive, in Tampa, Florida for your tire needs.

I had a large screw in my tire, but had to work so my wife swung by and they patched it for Free, very quickly, and Jennifer was exceptionally kind and friendly. We'll definitely be back, and recommended you try them out.

I don't know the answer to this question. My suggestion is to call them to find out if they are continuing to honor previous warranties from Kauffman. If you don't mind my taking an educated guess, as long as you have your paper work, i'd like to believe they will probably continue to honor your warrant.
