Called in an order at 8PM, got an answering service and placed my order. I was told the order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrive only to find the store is closed. How does that happen and why was it closed at 8PM? Place is a joke. LOL - Thanks...for the canned response.

well looks like you could use more help in the restaurant. But the lady did a very good job with how busy she was. I understand getting help is an issue and the help you had you need to keep because she moved like lightning.
