My rating is so low not because the food isn't good because it is when its made right, the problem is everytime you order the order is wrong, missing items, or your told there is a 2 to 3 hour wait to PICK AN ORDER UP, thats insane. Idk what has happened to this place but it truly has went so far down hill, I hope that for the owners sake that employees who actually want to work verses ones who hate their job so they just dont care and it affects the business. If I pay $20 for a salad I hope my salad is exactly how I order it being salads are very easy to make, only 3 items needed cooked is the bread bowl, the steak and the fries, put lettuce. Cheese and itialian dressing on the side and thats all I order. My husband orders 1 dozen of butter & garlic wings. Almost 8pm and to be told I couldn't pick my order up until 11pm at night is just crazy. Hopefully this gets fixed or we will quit eating there again, last time it was like this it was a year and a half ago and they had a problem with a cook being drunk and ones not showing up. Its truly sad to see it has just gotten worse and no improvement. Now as far as the food like I said my rating would be alot higher the food is good especially the steak salads with the bread bowls. I would give them a 5star review on that when made correctly 💜

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. 2 hours for our food. Missing 3 items. Ordered Mac n cheese. They didn’t even bother to tell me they no longer have Mac n cheese just replaced it with whatever they wanted. French fries are soggy and nothing tasted good !!! Do not recommend.

Food is good if you can get it when it’s hot... it has legit been 3 hours and 15 minutes since I’ve placed my order. And all it was for was a large pepperoni pizza that’s it. And to top it off! I ONLY live 11 minutes away!! ELEVEN MINUTES! It should not have taken no 3 hours to get this pizza an hour tops not no 3! Thank you for your pizza though! Well I guess when it gets here considering I’m legit STILL waiting for it! 3 hours and now 17 minutes in!
