Went in to get a new kitchen. Person we worked with didn’t seem to know much and never finished the quote. He said he would try to finish it by the end of the day. We left leaving email and phone number asked to call when it was done. Never revived a call. Found the email 2 days later from someone else with a price list. No kitchen render. Bought the kitchen from lowes.

Wen they call you on a Thursday to pick up at any time on friday a custom window and excited because I've been waiting 8 weeks for it, and leave work 2 hours Earlier, rented a uhaul truck ($26+$1 every mile + gas) 30 miles each way, and contractors are at 7 am at site to finish the house ( with or without window i had to pay the contractor ) they canceled other jobs to be on my house, so o get to the store to pick up for them to say that they dont have the order at the store and they have no idea wen will arrive, if it arrives because now they think that the order is missing or was delivered to another store. They dont care how much money i spent with their lies. Now we call the store for information about the window and they ring up the phone. Still waiting to know about this paid window that cost me already a lot of money if the going to do something about it
