Change your hours or check what your workers are doing! Came here at 10:30 PM, because I order on door dash 2 times around 10:00 PM, and my order got canceled. There was 2 workers inside, sitting at a table, talking, not paying attention that a car is waiting outside, they just ingnored us. At least they could have told us what’s going on.

You guys should really update your hours or don’t allow your employees to close early. It’s so frustrating having to drive there 15 minutes and burn fuel one hour before close time and your doors are closed. Very unprofessional from the store owner. CHANGE YOUR HOURS! That simple. Reporting your store to the Franchise.

i apologize for hitting this mcdonalds a year ago, i was extremely excited that shamrock shakes were back and i forgot to turn my wheel straight and side swiped this mcdonalds... was a very good shamrock shake however i appreciate y'all!!

I literally just left this McDonald’s and I have to say that what me and this other customer had to deal with was ridiculous. The website says you guys are open until 11pm when apparently you’re closed earlier. The customer in front of me got out of her car and tried reaching the workers inside and they weren’t responding to her. So I then tried and wanted to see what was going on. The workers glance over at me and pay me no attention which was VERY DISRESPECTFUL. All they had to do was inform me and the customer ahead that they were closed. Workers like those are going to drown your business. Find better people to hire!! This was around 10:26pm on Feb 6th.
