Always a wonderful experience at family fitness center. Such a friendly staff who are always willing and eager to help! And always there to greet with smile as soon as you walk in. Daycare staff is also so wonderful! Gym is nice and clean and offers a variety different group fitness classes that are all so Awesome!

Came in asked to do a pay by day rate or didn’t want a membership because only here for less then a month front person unwilling to work with us wanted a 100 dollars even though we are married was going to charge 50 for me and my wife, told the lady we would only come maybe three days a week just wanted somewhere air conditioned to lift some weights , sorry your loss it’s cheaper to work out at home with bands these days ,

I normally hate gyms, but I love THIS gym! I have a personal trainer, Paul, who is amazing. He is firm, but also understands people go at different speeds and goals. He adjusts to what is best for you. In 3 months I am halfway to my goal, which is to be healthy and fit. I've been trying 10 years to do it on my own and got nowhere. Everyone who works there has been friendly and supportive. There is plenty of equipment and it is never over-crowded. The prices are fair and reasonable. My life is all over better for having found this gym.
