Be it strips, nuggets, or sandwich, fried or grilled. You can not beat the taste of their Chicken. Love their waffle fries and seasonal soups. I just REALLY MISS their Chicken Salad Sandwiches. They were my favorite.

Stopped in on my way to hospital I am on a special diet so even though it was breakfast I asked for grilled nuggets every one looked at me like I was crazy. Nobody knew if I could order. Now I go to the Bridgeport Chicfila and order and never have a problem with this order even the online app will say may take longer since not a breakfast item. They said they cannot do… not even sorry we can’t do just nope

I gave 2 stars because I am honoring the Chick-Fil-A name. This was my breakfast today. I'm gonna let you marinate on the problem with this while I discuss the rest. Chick-Fil-A has ALWAYS been my go to for consistent food and good customer service, hands down, no matter what city, what state, it just did not matter. Until today in Morgantown WV. Service was less than average. That NEVER happens in a Chick-Fil-A. I was in a state of shock. Still am. Wow. I may as well go to Popeyes cause that was the only thing that set yall apart. Chick-Fil-A by WVU, do better. Set the universe right again. And next time, please dont give me that big old container for a spit's worth of food. Put it in the hash brown box - ANYTHING! THAT RIGHT THERE qualifies as a hot mess.
