Cherokee Self Storage is lucky to have someone as knowledgeable and friendly as Carol helping customers fill their storage needs. She showed me what spaces were available, explained all the procedures, made sure I got all the discounts I qualified for, and handled the leasing details quickly and promptly.

Had a unit here for a few years. The units are standard, my items were basically protected but had some rust and moisture issues on some items. The people are Friendly and great to work with.

Questions & Answers

I see you are not open on Sunday and only until 1 on Saturday. Does that mean you cannot get into your unit during "closed" times or that there will be no attendant during closed times?

Hello Peggy, The facility is open 7 days a week from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm and all our customers are given a gate access code that will allow them to access their storage unit(s). The office is open on Mondays from 10am to 5pm. Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 4pm. Saturdays (First & Last) - We work from 9am to 1pm. The Remaining Saturdays & Sundays we are closed. Note: There would be no attendant onsite when the office is closed.
