I've been here a couple of times, but never again. I had my bike serviced at The Bike Den and the job turned out to be a real PITA for them due to heavy rust inside. They charged me for the extra work which I was fine with. But they told me the front chainrings were a little warped and might need replacing. After riding for a few weeks, I decided to replace them. I called the shop and was told to come right down which I did. When I got there, someone with more seniority (I guess) recognized my bike and said they never wanted to see it again and would never do any work on it again. I thought he was joking, but when I realized he wasn't I told him I'd find a new bike shop and he said, "I understand." At least he showed some logic at the very end.

I walked into the store to purchase two tubes for my old mountain bike and look at a New one on a Saturday at noon, there was one customer in the store. The man at the desk was too busy having idle conversation with him about nothing related to doing business, to even so much as look at me and acknowledge I was in the shop. No Hi ill be right with you, nothing. I paced back and forth waiting for five minutes before leaving and going to dicks sporting goods to purchase my tubes and order a new GT. Major fail on customer service.
