We waited 6 months for our new couch. Definitely worth the wait! I love it! Our delivery drivers were fast, courteous and efficient. We paid extra to have foam and feathers in our cushions and they are extremely comfortable! Definitely recommend the nest couch and VCF.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. The furniture, which we believed was leather is actually faux leather which might be better considering we have pets. The delivery guys we're polite but treated the furniture rough. They had blankets to put the furniture on to slide it across the floor but did not use them until my husband asked them to not push it across the truck floor. Furniture was dirty & some scratches were on the chair & couch. We will use VCF again but delivery drivers need more training.

There wasn't many people there shopping. But. Mask are required and sales people were wearing mask I believe there was some hand sanitizer at the door.
We bought a couch and loveseat back in June and they kept postponing it and it would have ended up being December before we would have got it. So we ended up going back to find something that was in stock and it was not much of a selection that was in stock.
