Bonk Six

I've come here for 2 weeks, for work related reasons. Mostly the hotel has been fine, though I haven't had to interact with staff much. Today as my group was getting food, one of the staff was repeatedly rude to me for no reason. I asked her politely what was in a container first, and she looked at me incredulous, waiting before flatly saying "juice". Every other time after then, I didn't even try interacting with her, she came to me. I was asking myself under my breath where the forks were, and she was nearby, telling me "on the table, just like every day." The entire last week I was here, there was nothing on the tables she was talking about. I sat at those tables every day, and also, didn't ask her. She was taking plates, I politely said I wasn't finished with it, and she got upset saying "you can get a new one." She continued glaring at me the whole time I was there. The easiest part of her job is not being needlessly rude.

I can say that this hotel is right on with average Marriott standards. Smooth check-in, clean rooms with a shower which I prefer over bath tubs. The restaurant and bar were very busy, and I am happy that they are over the COVID limitations! Normal hours and menu! The food was very well prepared and tasty. As busy as the bartender was, she managed a proficient service with a smile.

Very nice staff throughout the hotel. Check in was easy and the room are really comfortable. The restaurant/lobby bar was a good place to hangout and relax with co-workers. Food wads good and drinks were just as they should be.

Not a bad hotel. Very convenient to get to the airport! Check-in was fast and easy. The staff working at check-in were extremely friendly and pleasant! The rooms could have been cleaner! I was kind of disappointed with the cleanliness. I will say, we ordered food from the restaurant and the bartender was very rude, I honestly expect better! The food was good but he was so rude I will think twice before ordering food here again. This is the first time staying at this Marriott...usually have just stayed at a different Marriott not far. The airport shuttle drivers were great. Will more than likely stay here again.
