I've been living here for going on 3 years now. Maintenance issues are always taken care of and everyone I've met working here seems friendly. Never had an issue with neighbors. All in all it's a nice place to live and pet friendly 😊

Rent is a little high but they have good amenities and maintenance keeps up with things well. We've had a couple negative experiences with customer service/problem resolution but overall things have been positive. It's a good place to live. The apartment is nice, the neighborhood is quiet, and the lawn and foliage is well-maintained. The outside of the physical buildings could use some work, but nothing too major. Overall, a good place to live.

Great place to live. Friendly neighbors. Quiet neighborhood. Timely maintenance. Helpful leasing staff. Beautiful area. Well maintained landscaping. Pool, fitness center, playground, dog park, grilling area, and guest apartment are some of the wonderful amenities.

I just want to say thank you and give a shout out to Thomas Sholler, one of the absolute best maintenance professionals at Sky Harbor Apartments. He is such a respectful, knowledgeable, courteous young man. He has performed work for me several times, without delay, and the work is always completed professionally and perfectly correct. He even caught a bird in my dryer vent once last year. I want to say also the rest of the team has been great too! Thank you!!
