Be very very careful! Old management was fantastic, new management/ownership (as of Summer 2022) is terrible. They kicked my son and his roommates out four days before finals (summer term) even though new tenants were not coming for 1.5-2 weeks. We had to travel in from out of state to get his things and move him to a hotel (which cost around $800 for four days)--and he had to deal with moving in the middle of finals! New management would not even let him park his car for four days in their almost-empty garage, so he also had to pay hotel parking. He had previously leased from the Verge and never had problems gaining minor timing accommodations if necessary (but then management changed). We explained the situation, but no leeway whatsoever! Stay away!!

We’ve lived in our apartment for 2 years, and haven’t had any maintenance issues until recently. Walter is always quick to respond to our requests and is eager to help. We recently had an issue with our dryer, and Walter kept us updated every step of the way. He’s very personable and makes our day any time see him, whether he is coming to do maintenance work or if we see him around the building.

This is my second year living at the verge and I am enjoying it. I love how it is so close to campus. The gym has been very useful to me, and I try to use it as often as possible. Maintenance this year has been more proficient than last year, so my roommate and I appreciate that! Our home is so cozy

Walter came and worked on our breaker switch for our fridge. Did a great job and was so friendly! Also came super fast, the morning after sending the maintenance request. If we ever have any issues I will have no issues contacting maintenance again!
