i love hothead. i come here all the time. but the customer service isn’t great by all means. every employee looks and acts like they’re miserable. today i walked up to the line and the girl just stood there and stared at me with a disgusted look on her face until i said something. proceeded to take her good ol time with everything, and sloppily threw stuff into my burrito. i think she probably said a total of two words the whole time. i used to work at a hothead when i was younger, so i get it. it’s not the most glorious job in the world. but i still put on a smile when customers came around, or atleast said more than just “do you want your receipt”

The food is absolutely phenomenal as long as you get SAUCE. Their signature Hot Head sauce is a must on all bowls and the teriyaki is perfectly sweet and salty. I would give this place 5 stars all day if it weren't for all of the employees who look absolutely miserable working there. I'm not saying they're rude but they're not the friendliest either. A simple smile and being greeted with "Hey, how are you?" used to be commonplace. The employees represent the company and appearing to be miserable at work just deters me from wanting to come back, regardless of how amazing the food is. I get that there is a lot going on in the world right now but some common courtesy and a smile is something we could all use a bit more of.

Manager Steve was very friendly. He provided excellent service. Prices are fair, portions are very good and taste is great.
