I’ve found some great stuff here but the customer service is horrendous. No one greeted me when I walked in; the store was basically empty at the time. One of the employees walked past me multiple times without acknowledgment, including when I had a pile of clothes in my arms. Then on my way to the fitting room, an employee wouldn’t let me by because she was taking a photo or something for Instagram which apparently took priority. I understand these girls are young but that’s no excuse, please teach them better customer service.

Seller Review: Disappointed in the low, cheap offer for my bags. One had only been used ONCE and was bought for $20. I would have taken my bags back had I not been in a state of shock for how low the offer was. I had no expectations of walking out of the store so disappointed. Will not be back.
