streaky application, and on my mothers nails she asked for them to be shortened and reshaped to coffin. The woman barely cut them and said she did not want to mess too much with another nail artist’s prior work. That is square not coffin. Kept speaking over my mother when she tried to tell her what she wanted.

I really hate giving bad reviews, really I do I feel like is not always the case right, just because you have one bad experience but how about when you start having more then one or when the experience leaves you paying hard working money to leave you feeling robbed and ugly. You go to feel good and leave sad and depressed, some people are just not as comfortable telling a person 'hey this is a horrible job pls stop" so I share it with others who are like me. I did not like it. It was over priced. You can tell in face I didn't like it and they did not care to fix it . Even the manager was more concern about my payment then me looking at my nails with angry face. Please ask for someone who is experienced.

My wife and I went here to get mani/pedis. It was a bit busy when we arrived so we had a fifteen minute wait which was no problem. We walked around until they called and said they were ready for us. My wife had Ana doing her pedicure and manicure. She did a great job on both. She was especially impressed with her manicure and the way she painted and did her simple design. I had a new girl name Thary. She was good but shy. She definitely needs more practice with manicures on the painting and design aspect. She did an excellent job on my pedicure strong hands for such a tiny woman. We may be back.

My friend and I went to this salon for a fill which is normally $17 when referencing the sign they provide outside the salon. When I got to this salon, my friend and I were told that because we came a little later they would give us gel and it would be the same price as regular polish. Sitting down at first I was skeptical, but I thought I was just being paranoid. The lady wouldn’t let me look at the colors before sitting down and filing my nails and when she did allow me to made me do it with one hand, to where I felt rushed. When figuring out the shape I pointed to the shape I wanted on the sign they had provided me with and when it didn’t resemble I spoke up to which my nail tech replied that I “messed her up” and that now my nails were going to be “ruined”. As we got further into the process of my nails, my nail tech filed extremely to where it was starting to hurt my nail beds. When she was done with the initial filing she told me to wash my hands and told me I couldn’t use soap. After this she then began painting which was rushed so it was very patchy and bubbly. After painting my nails and curing them with the UV lamp she began filing them again with the paint already on. When it was time to pay she told me my total was $37 to which I refused due to the fact I didn’t want gel in the first place. The tech argued with me about how she “asked” before she began, which she was completely lying about but because she felt bad lowered the price to $32. I left extremely unhappy with my nails as they were done poorly and had paint all over the underside. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Save your money and go somewhere that doesn’t scam you.
