This place has gone downhill since stor quest took over. My locker has been broken into along with a few others twice when two weeks. Security is real bad. All I get is excuses on why things can't be done for more protection. The hasps are cheap grade and easily cut. I don't think the site manager is a good fit for the job. This place is overpriced, they raised my 10 x 20 locker rent to $ 182.54 from $166.00. Not worth it. The place is filthy and deplorable. I probably have to look for a better place which is more secure, clean and reasonably priced since I am a senior on a fixed income

only gave 5 stars so this would get posted. Don't use this facility. Crack heads just be walking around. No one to watch your stuff. Storage unit was robbed, but no evidence of my locks being touched. The facility had to have something to do with it. Do not use this facility

Not recommended by me. Zero stars. Broken into and replaced with a lock to make it look okay. Even put a light bulb in and left it on. I never received a notice about light on after hours either. Employee that cut lock off said I was the third victim that week. Tues Dec. 8th 2020. No working cameras and holes in the fence in many locations. Filed a police report and turned in paperwork Feb. Still havent heard from insurance that was paid for plus the unit cost. $82 a month to loose it all. Just dont want anyone else to go thru what I have. Lost expensive stuff but the sentimenal things is what brings me to finally write reveiw. Still totally devasted.

Raggedy as all get out. My unit is very neat, boxes stacked neatly, and brand new furniture in my unit that was purchased from Macy's. My unit is full of mice from other dirty units. The district manager said she would right all the wrongs, however I have not heard from her with the exception of her giving me the number to the corporate office where no one ever is available.
