I usually don’t leave many google reviews but with how awesome I was treated at this storage unit, it simply could not go unnoticed. I believe I mostly interacted with Ms. Jessica if I’m not mistaking and of course often people who need a storage unit are in the process of making changes within their lives. During this process I experienced quite a few bumps in the road on my end, especially with catching Covid a couple of times. Ms. Jessica & her team worked with me every single step of the way. She showed me so much kindness and gave me plenty of encouragement along the way! I am so thankful God led me to her. She is appreciated and I would point anyone in her direction. As long as you keep a open line of communication, they work with you the best they can. I wish many blessings for her and I can not thank her enough! UPDATE: We moved our stuff out of this facility. The entire process was flawless! Even the guys who helped us unpack the storage were impressed by the guidance, flexibility, service and attention we received. Jessica is a jewel! No issues the entire time we rented. The price didn't increase. No hidden fees along the way. No issues with auto pay. I loved the text confirming payment each month. Thank you again! This is a new storage facility. It is clean. It has a bathroom on the first floor was clean. This facility also has flatbed carts which were definitely utilized during our move. We rented a 5x15 for my daughter's 1 bedroom apartment. The price was a little less than other places. The customer service is SPECTACULAR! I reserved 3 spaces, 1 here and 2 and other places. Jessica at Extra Space Storage called me immediately. She was professional and very personable. The other 2 places still haven't called! Jessica is actually in the Brooksville facility and not in another state! This makes a difference to me. Jessica explained the process & costs up front - no hidden fees! I was able to finish my reservation online with ease! Everything Jessica told me about the process was right on point! The tips about positioning items in the storage helped us greatly! This was my first time renting a storage place and the employees here made it a great experience!

UPDATE: I had my belongings in storage for 5 months and can confirm that this facility was as perfect and I am as happy as I was when I started renting. Moving out was a breeze and the staff friendly. I will definitely use and recommend Extra Space Storage in the future. ---- This location looks brand new. The staff were helpful and had everything ready for me in my unit. Would recommend to everyone.
