The manager I dealt with was so understanding and very polite to us. I had a issue and she helped me out tremendously. I was able to keep my items and that was such a relief to hear. The store itself is kinda smaller than another one I visited, but that is suspected. Nice rings and necklaces, gold chains, guitars, you name it and they probably have it or similar. Highly recommend.

I had some random things to get rid of a few weeks ago, and, despite the numerous negative ratings, decided to give this place a chance. Let's just say the reviews are warranted. Brought in an unopened item that retails for $60 brand new. The gentleman who assisted (he was fine, no complaints) said they give $15-$20 for those items, but then went into the back to ask the manager. He comes back, now the offer is $10. Important to note: like most electronics, there are different versions of the same product and they vary in price, often based on craftsmanship (quality) and special features. Common sense would lead me to believe that the electronic would be briefly researched online to determine value, the contents would be inspected to determine quality, then an appropriate offer would be made. None of that happened. Just $10, take it or leave it. Not only did this come off as incredibly lazy, but it showed they're not interested in providing a positive selling experience for the customer - something you'd think would be important if the goal is to make them want to come back for future visits. So, to be clear: it's not the paltry sum they offered that bothered me, it was the fact that no considerable thought went into the transaction. Also, I tried selling about 20 Xbox 1 games varying between $3-$25 in value. Same thing pretty much happened: didn't look in the bag, and offered 50 cents for each game. This isn't the first time I've tried selling to a pawn shop, but this definitely is the first negative experience. I suppose my expectations were built up by other stores that had a welcoming environment, along with friendly employees who took the time to assess my belongings in order to reach a mutually beneficial offer. I can forgive a low offer; pawn shops are in business to make money, and my expectations in terms of payment are more than reasonable. However, there's no excuse for poor customer service. There's no excuse for apathetic employees who probably hate knowing this is their job. The attitude and work ethic of hourly employees can almost always be traced back to one source: poor management. Finally, the store itself wasn't bad. It appeared clean, well formatted, and had quality items for sale. The employees weren't outright rude to anyone and did their jobs (albeit, leaving quite a bit to be desired), and that's really all I can say for them. I understand people are sometimes forced into unfortunate situations where they need fast cash, and they may lack the resources to drive to other pawn shops in the area. For everyone else, do yourself a favor and find a more professional shop. With so many better options available, it just doesn't make sense to come to Cash America Pawn.

i would give zero stars. Thier staff is cery inexperienced . All pawn shops give low offers but this place takes it to the extreme. Brand new 150$ plus value bluetooth speaker I was offered 10$ with no room for negotiation. This speaker had already been offered to the pawn shop prior and they offered 25$ . I declined then returned to take them up on the 25$ loan only to be offered less than half of thier original low offer. They do not research the item via ebay or any online source as is standard pratice in the pawn buisness. I was offered 5$ for a 130$ plus rockwell hand drill..agin no nogotiation. Im 33 years old and have used pawn shops before and this place is ridiculous and managment is lousy.
